본 약관은 Doodle Map 모바일 애플리케이션과 관련 서비스의 이용에 관한 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

3. 약관의 게시와 개정
운영자는 약관을 서비스와 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 적용 전에 알립니다. 변경에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

7. 이용자 콘텐츠와 권리
이용자 콘텐츠의 권리는 원칙적으로 해당 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 서비스 운영·표시·개선과 법적 대응에 필요한 범위에서 콘텐츠를 저장·복제·표시할 수 있는 비독점적 권한을 운영자에게 부여합니다. 타인의 저작권, 개인정보 및 기타 권리를 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
8. 금지행위
- 타인의 개인정보나 위치정보를 무단 수집·유포하는 행위
- 허위 사실, 비방, 혐오·차별·폭력 또는 불법 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위
- 서버·네트워크·보안을 훼손하거나 자동화 수단으로 비정상 접근하는 행위
- 허용되지 않은 광고·스팸·도배 및 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위
9. 위치 기반 기능
서비스는 이용자 동의와 단말 권한에 따라 주변 콘텐츠와 지도 기능을 제공합니다. 위치 권한을 거부할 수 있으나 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
10. 광고와 제3자 서비스
서비스에는 Google Mobile Ads 등의 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 네트워크는 단말 권한 범위에서 광고 식별자와 위치정보를 광고 맞춤·측정에 이용할 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. Firebase, Google 로그인, 지도 등 제3자 서비스에는 각 사업자의 약관과 정책이 함께 적용될 수 있습니다.
11. 연령
서비스는 만 14세 미만 이용자의 가입을 제한하거나 법정대리인 동의 등 별도 절차를 요구할 수 있습니다.
12. 신고와 이용 제한
불쾌감을 주는 콘텐츠와 학대·괴롭힘 이용자에 대해 무관용입니다. 앱에서 신고하고 사용자를 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단 즉시 해당 사용자의 글은 내 피드에서 사라지고, 운영자에게도 통지됩니다. 운영자는 금지어·이미지 필터와 사람 검토로 콘텐츠를 걸러 내고, 위반이 확인되면 24시간 이내에 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 해당 사용자를 퇴출합니다.
13. 이용계약 해지
이용자는 앱 설정에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 법령 또는 약관 위반 시 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
14. 면책 및 책임
천재지변, 통신 장애, 제3자 서비스 장애 등 불가항력으로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임이 제한됩니다. 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠와 이용자 간 분쟁의 책임은 해당 이용자에게 있습니다.

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며 분쟁은 상호 협의 후 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

8. Prohibited conduct
- Collecting or spreading others’ personal or location information without permission
- Posting false statements, defamation, hate, discrimination, violence, or illegal content
- Damaging servers, networks, or security, or accessing the service abnormally with automated means
- Unauthorized ads, spam, flooding, or other infringement of others’ rights
9. Location features
Nearby content and map features are provided with user consent and device permission. Location permission may be refused, but some features may be limited.
10. Ads and third-party services
Ads such as Google Mobile Ads may appear. Ad networks may use advertising identifiers and, if location permission is granted, location for ad personalization and measurement, as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, and Maps may also be subject to those providers’ terms and policies.
11. Age
Registration by users under 14 may be restricted, or guardian consent and other procedures may be required.
12. Reports and restrictions
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may flag content and block users in the app. Blocking immediately removes that user’s posts from your feed and notifies us. We filter content with automated tools and human review, and we will act within 24 hours by removing violating content and ejecting the user who provided it.
13. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time in app settings. The operator may restrict use or terminate the contract for legal or terms violations.
14. Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law for force majeure such as natural disasters, network failures, or third-party outages. Users are responsible for content they post and disputes between users.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by mutual consultation and then by a court of competent jurisdiction.

コンテンツの権利は原則として当該利用者にあります。利用者は、運営・表示・改善および法的対応に必要な範囲で、コンテンツを保存・複製・表示できる非独占的権限を運営者に付与します。他人の著作権、個人情報その他の権利を侵害してはなりません。
8. 禁止行為
- 他人の個人情報や位置情報を無断で収集・流布する行為
- 虚偽、誹謗、ヘイト、差別、暴力または違法コンテンツの投稿
- サーバー・ネットワーク・セキュリティを損ない、または自動化手段で異常アクセスする行為
- 許可されない広告、スパム、連投、および他人の権利を侵害する行為
9. 位置情報機能
同意と端末の権限に基づき、周辺コンテンツと地図機能を提供します。位置情報の許可を拒否できますが、一部機能が制限される場合があります。
10. 広告と第三者サービス
Google Mobile Adsなどの広告が表示される場合があります。広告ネットワークは端末の許可の範囲で広告識別子と位置情報を広告のカスタマイズ・測定に利用することがあり、詳細はプライバシーポリシーに従います。Firebase、Googleログイン、地図などの第三者サービスには、各事業者の規約と方針も適用される場合があります。
11. 年齢
14歳未満の登録を制限し、または法定代理人の同意など別手続を求める場合があります。
12. 通報と利用制限
不快なコンテンツおよび虐待的な利用者に対しゼロトレランスです。アプリ内で通報し、利用者をブロックできます。ブロックすると当該利用者の投稿は直ちにフィードから除かれ、運営者にも通知されます。運営者は自動ツールと人による審査でフィルタリングし、違反と判断した場合は24時間以内にコンテンツを削除し、提供した利用者を退会させます。
13. 契約終了
利用者はアプリ設定でいつでもアカウントを削除できます。運営者は法令または規約違反時に利用を制限し、または契約を終了できます。
14. 免責と責任
天災、通信障害、第三者サービスの障害など不可抗力により提供できない場合、法令が認める範囲で責任が制限されます。利用者が投稿したコンテンツおよび利用者間の紛争の責任は当該利用者にあります。
15. 準拠法と管轄
本規約は大韓民国の法令に従い、紛争は協議のうえ関連法令に基づく管轄裁判所で解決します。

11. 年龄
可能限制未满 14 岁用户注册，或要求监护人同意等另行程序。
12. 举报与限制
对不当内容与欺凌用户实行零容忍。可在应用内举报并屏蔽用户。屏蔽后该用户的帖子会立即从你的信息流移除，并通知运营者。我们以自动工具与人工审核过滤内容，一经认定违规，将在 24 小时内删除内容并清退提供该内容的用户。
13. 终止
用户可随时在应用设置中删除账户。运营者可在违法或违约时限制使用或终止合同。
14. 免责与责任
因自然灾害、通信故障或第三方服务中断等不可抗力无法提供服务时，责任在法律允许范围内受限。用户对其发布的内容及用户之间的争议承担责任。
15. 适用法律与管辖
本条款适用大韩民国法律。争议经协商后由有管辖权的法院解决。
